Your privacy at Coral
Coral Hotel Vizag ("Coral", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use coralvizag.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this website you agree to this policy.
What we collect
This website does not require an account and does not collect payment details. When you use the "Book on WhatsApp" or inquiry buttons, the details you choose to share — such as your name, phone number, dates, room or party-space preference and guest count — are sent through WhatsApp or a phone call directly to our team. We only see what you send us.
How we use your information
We use the details you share to respond to your inquiry, manage your reservation or event booking, and follow up on your stay. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying information about how visitors use the site to improve it.
WhatsApp, calls and third-party services
Booking conversations take place on WhatsApp or over the phone. Those communications are also governed by the privacy policies of WhatsApp (Meta) and your phone carrier. Our website may embed content from third parties such as Google Maps and Google reviews; when you interact with it, those services may collect information under their own policies.
Cookies and local storage
We keep it light. The site may use minimal browser storage for preferences (such as dismissing banners) and to keep the site working smoothly. We do not run advertising trackers.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with our own staff, and only as needed to plan your stay or event — for example, passing your party requirements to our events team.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry and booking details only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the details you have shared with us at any time.
Contact us
For any privacy question or request, message us on WhatsApp or call +91 720 730 7700, or write to us at our address in Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam listed in the site footer. We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version will always be on this page.
