About these terms
These terms govern your use of coralvizag.com and the booking and inquiry services offered through it. By using the website or sending us a booking request, you accept these terms.
Bookings made on WhatsApp
The "Book on WhatsApp" flow opens a pre-written message with your chosen room, dates and guest count — it is a request, not an instant confirmation. Your reservation is confirmed only when our team replies and confirms availability, dates and price. Room rates shown on the website are indicative starting prices, are subject to change, and applicable taxes are extra as per prevailing rules.
Payments
Payment methods, advances and balances are agreed with you directly when your booking is confirmed. An advance may be required to hold a room or event space, especially during peak dates.
Check-in, check-out and identification
Every overnight stay runs from 12:00 Noon check-in to 12:00 Noon check-out the following day. As required by law, all adult guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Unmarried couples and local ID holders are welcome per hotel policy communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation, refund and date-change conditions depend on the room, season and event, and are communicated to you in writing (including WhatsApp) at the time of confirmation. Please keep that confirmation for reference.
Extra beds and in-room amenities
Extra beds, early check-in, late check-out and some amenities are subject to availability and may carry additional charges. Inclusions listed on each room page apply to stays in that room category.
Parties and events
Party spaces (including PartyZone venues and the Rooftop Disco) are booked for agreed time slots with guest limits stated in your confirmation. Decorations, music volume, outside food and timings follow venue rules and local regulations, which our team shares with you while planning your event.
Guest conduct
We want every guest's stay to be memorable for the right reasons. Guests must follow hotel rules and applicable laws. We may end a stay or event, without refund, for behaviour that endangers people or property or seriously disturbs other guests.

Photos, videos and descriptions on this site are representative of our rooms and venues; layouts, views and furnishings may vary. We work to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every detail is error-free at all times.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a stay or event is limited to the amount you paid us for it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
